how to null code using php?

hello,

i want to ask how to null code by using php,
for example,

the input of a form is
-

<img src=jdfhdjf.png width=400/>

then the output will be a image but i don't want image came out, i want it to be something like text as
- &nssf img src=jdfhdjf.png width=400 /&nssf

result show only null html code.

please tell me how to do it.
