Dreamweaver and PHP in ODBC connection to database

Dear Members of the house,

Is there any version of the Dreamweaver, alongside with PHP, that uses ODBC connection to database?

If there is, or any other GUI software of connecting to database using PHP, I will be glad to receiving from the house.
