rating bar system with database

hello guys,i wanna ask one question? how to find php code to make rating bar system like this website http://www.toptable.com/en-gb/venue/?id=13395
its look like this pic attachment.. i want user can rate the article..please help me urgent

jpgraph is a class used to make graphs.
Free to download last time I looked.

The attached thumbnail looks like a bar graph to me.
Maybe split into two. So could be two bar graphs.
Therefore you can use jpgraph and populate the data with your 'ratings'

It appears to me that they are accomplishing this through some spiffy CSS along with their php. They have one image for the rating bar. It is being set as a background-image and depending on the rating they move the background position over.
