HI There is a question about PHP Forms

Can PHP Forms be installed on a workstation (computer) or does this require server installation?

I'm not sure any of our experts have dealt with this software. It's not free nor opensource, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it. You'd receive better answers if you were to ask the developers of the software.
