I want to optimize my scripts and need to remove some code

Not sure how to say this, there is a sizer on the top right of my page if you mouse over it here my site I really want to get rid of it. Anything to help the page load smoother, it is using major load on the server.

It's at the very top right hand corner you have to scroll over it.
