How to send email via PHP when ISP blocks port 25

3
I need some help with php mail my isp blocks port 25 so I am having a real hard time to get anything working.

I try a program called sendmail and i can not get it to work, heard of a script called phpmailer and not sure how to install it.

Running a webserver on localhost
Server: IIS 7.5
PHP: php 5.3.2
Can some one help me to get my phpmail to work?

Hey.

Are you trying to get your own server running, or are you trying to use another server?

If you are trying to set up your own server, I can't really help you. IIS isn't really my thing. But if you are trying to use another SMTP server, that is no problem.

You can use PHPMailer or SwiftMailer to do that. See the PHPMailer GMail example, for example.

Well IIS realy is not the problem it's the php i think i use a programe called QK SMTP Server 3 and the mail gets passed to the QK SMTP Server 3 but will not leave the server. I get errors like 10060 then if i try and rely it to the email account that came with my isp i get starttls so i am not sure whats going on.

Now your PHPMailer GMail example see I do not understand how do i use it i could change the info to suit my mail. But how do you get it to work cause i am not a programmer/developer. So how does the phpmailer script work
1. Do i add a line to all my php "require_once('../class.phpmailer.php');"
or
2. Do i put some where in the php.ini so it will work with all php.
this part cofuses me i have looked for the installion of phpmailer but i need a step by step and i have not found anything that i can make to work.
