Hi to all,
I have created a site for search engine of maps, here the user can search the maps by Name, Location and by Scale. It is working properly, But the problem is in searching text box. I have used the ajax auto complete for searching.
if a user search the map for second time the same map..the stored cache result will displayed...
my question is to clear the all cache when the user logout the site.
i have used the meta tag
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <meta http-equiv="cache-control" content="no-cache" />
  2. <meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no-cache" />
  3. <META HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="0">
  4.
but its not clearing the cache...
please help me in this...

those tags donít clear the JavaScript or Browser cache. they are used to set caching preferences for computers between your client and the server.

Hi,
I added this one..
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <?php session_start();
  2. header("Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate"); // HTTP/1.1
  3. header("Expires: Sat, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT"); // Date in the past
  4. ?>
  5. but no changes
