About Images Duplication

Any one please help me that how we check that the same image in php is not upload on server and image name in database as well or best solution for this duplication

It requires you to learn PHP, do some code and come back here when you get stuck.

Try googling some PHP tutorials and go to sites like w3schools.com and tizag.com

1. Are you saving the image in a database as Blob? or in a folder?
2. Do you need to verify the image itself, or just the name for duplication? if the file itself, then you need the GD library for PHP or similar.
3. What DBMS are you using? MySQL Postgres, Oracle?
