Binary transfer with SOAP

Hi all,
I know that with soap it is possible to transfer a binary file, using
the DIME protocol.

Has this DIME protocol been implemented in a PHP class that handle
SOAP, such as Nusoap or PEAR SOAP?

Have you any examples?

Thanks in advance.
