How to create a tree structure

Hello sir,
Hope all is well their.
I want to display parent and child membere in a tree structure with limit of 2 parent member at one stage.

Can u pls help me.

What data do you have?
How exactly do you want this displayed?

What have you tried so far?
Which part in particular are you having problems with?
