Calculating Max hits in ubuntu server

Hello sir,
I have plan to host the web site in live.I will decide to use LAMP server. My Server configuration is 512 mb RAM , 40 GB Hard disk and the OS Ubuntu Linux. Can you tell me how many max user may access my site simultaneously? and what about the maximum hits? I have no idea about this please give me some tips and tricks about this.

It depends upon:
  • The average size of each page (HTML content + JS + CSS + Images)
  • What processing time does your script take.
  • How much run-time memory does your script need.
  • Are you using MySQL?
    • How many persistent connections are allowed?
    • How many temporary connections are allowed? (This is the bottle neck, so your answer is going to be almost near to this, if other parameters are normal)
  • How frequently will the user send a server request.
