need help MEMBER SCRIPT

ME AND A FRIEND OF MINE ARE MAKING A SITE THAT ALLOWS USERS TO

CHAT
RATE EACH OTHER
UPLOAD PHOTOS OF THEM SELFS... (RATE BY LOOKS)
AND IM EACH OTHER USEING LIKE A PHPBB LIKE SCRIPT
ALSO A FORUM...

ANY ONE KNOW OF ANY SCRIPTS... IF NOT

ID LIKE FOR SOME HELP ON MAKING ONE... ID LIKE TO USE DATABASES, BUT I
DONT KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT THEM.

AND ID LIKE TO LEARN MORE.
I HAVE A OK UNDERSTADING ON PHP.
