Do you only get the message "Fatal error: Class 'Memcache'" or is
there more info like " not found"?

Is the memcache extension allready loaded? You can check this by
analyzing the output of phpinfo().

Check out the howto for memcache installation on Windows OS, maybe it
helps:

I suppose memcache extension is not loaded correctly.

Check out following:
- The php_memcache.dll must be stored into your php extension
directory
- Check setting extension_dir in your php.ini
- Sometimes there could be several php.ini files (C:\php\php.ini, C:
\WINDOWS\php.ini, C:\xampp\apache\bin\php.ini), did you really used
the right one?
