XOOPS webservice for register user

Do I need to install additional module in XOOPS to support
webservice? Either it's part of the core or I have to download some
where to install, if such thing already existed, how can I get the
WDSL so I can write a little Java client to register user remotely?

Thanks,
Jimmy

What does this have to do with PHP?

And how many newsgroups are you going to post this on?
