Refresh php file after 5 minutes

hi

please help me. after 5 minutes a php file refresh. and this file save following format:

datetime.php

for example:
1509080205

What? That doesn't really make much sense.

Do you want to refresh a web-page every 5 minutes?
If so, look into the Location header or meta refresh.

Or do you want your OS to execute the file every 5 minutes?
Then check out CRON (Linux) or Task Scheduler (Windows).

If not, the please try to explain this properly.
