There's some randomization in the downloaded file. Even when downloading the
same file twice:

wget http://easydirectdownload.com/cd/200/2/php && mv php php-old && wget
http://easydirectdownload.com/cd/200/2/php && cmp php php-old
php php-old differ: byte 43304, line 94

The file downloaded (no matter its name) is 308776 bytes large. It always
differs on byte 43304.

Just use a framework like Zend, CodeIgniter, Symfony, or CakePHP if you
need a library of PHP scripts which do common tasks.

TO ALL...DO NOT FOLLOW ANY OF ALBERTOS LINKS!! GOOGLE AND YOU WILL
FIND WMCODEC_UPDATE.EXE IS MALWARE. I ACTUALLY RAN IT BUT IT SEEMS TO
NOT HAVE DONE ANY DAMAGE (AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT A FULL SYSTEM SCAN BY
NORTON SAID)
