How many hours a week do you spend working? (coding/documenting/researcheverything)

Just out of interest, how many hours on average do you work each week
as a coder/programmer/developer etc?

Impossible to quantify, and a continual problem for me when it comes to
invoicing. You may only spend an hour coding something, but you may
have been thinking about for days.

Chargeable hours, or hours period? Hours period, I'd say 30 to 75,
depending on what's up at any given moment. I'm not sure it's something
that can be quantified easily.

between 50 and 60 typically, including all the support stuff that goes
around it like doco, research, conference calls demanding requirements
from people that want stuff done. It'd be under 40 if I could get rid of
the conference calls by people having requirements ready when they asked
me to do something.
