Php Xml Sql

I need to redo a PHP script that reads data from XML, the data is then exported to a SQL database. But What I would like to do is view the data prior to sending it the database the amount of records vary 1 to 20 with 48 fields each.
I would like to examine the data in a web browser with the data being displayed 1 record per row with each field's data being displayed in an editable text box.
and I would also like to include a check box (checked by default) at the beginning of each row and then a submit but at the bottom
I want to be able edit any field and then if one of the records is not to be added to the database "uncheck" the check box, then click submit.

I have it developed, I just do not know how to create several editable records on one page, I can do one at a time but that is not acceptable
What I need to do is be able read an array of records from the web page
it is basically a 20 by 48 array.
