Problem finding source for php page

We have a page on our site and I have identified what should be the php file
on the server that generates it,

but when I change the file, the changes are not reflected in my browser
(after I refresh).

Local browser cache?

Try shift+f5 for a "forced refresh". If that fails, clear out your cache
from the option in your browser and try again.
HTH.

Ian

I think it has something to do with https because if I change the protocol
to http then the expected file is used.

Check your web server configuration. Changing protocol normally means that
you're loading a completely different host. When changes aren't reflected
I've found that in 99% of cases it's due to loading the wrong URL :)
