Client Download Script

Hello,

I am in search of a small simple script

One that can allow us as Admins to upload files, then we would send
emails to clents telling them where to login to download the files that
we want them to download.

I am looking for something has some basic users in it, so users cannot
see others files.

Thanks for any help,
Jeremy
