Need links/docs showing approved usage of PHP in DoD/Govt.

Hi all,
We've been prototyping some applications using php for govt/DoD (US)
usage. We're being pressured to show that this is approved for use...

Can someone send me links to documentation concerning this...and
possibly other projects in the military that are using Apache and PHP?

Thanks in advance!!

<?php
if ($subject == 'al qaeda') {
undo ($subject); }
?>

Ok ok, cheap shot. Hmm don't the php.net pages offer some terms of use ? And
aren't these packed with the distro ?

Apache is on the approved list. As for PHP, that's going agency-by-agency,
most agencies have not yet signed on :( What agency / department / branch
are you trying to do this for? USA/USAF/USN/DIA/J2/USMC/what?
