Translate string in unicode ?

Hi,
I'm trying to translate a string, actually some numbers in unicode format (4
digit for a character), do you know an easy way to do it ?

Thanks

PHP has functions for this:
http://www.php.net/mb_string
or
http://www.php.net/iconv

You can propably also find translation tables for the specific
charactersets you are using (the iconv source would be a good start :)
