How To Slice Multidimensional Arrays by Row Values?

Greetings,

From a DB query, I receive the following result set:

array(array('key1'=>'some val', 'key2'=>'some other val', ..., n),
array('key1'=>'some val', 'key2'=>'some other val', ..., n),
array('key1'=>'some val', 'key2'=>'some other val', ..., n),
