Hi,

Artificial intelligence is possible in any serious programming language.
So, yes, also in PHP.
AI is about algoritms, not actual language to implement it in.

Google for: AI php and you'll find a few.
Or search around a little in sourceforge, maybe they have active
projects (not sure).

I think PHP could even be a handy language for AI since its array
manipulation is quite powerful.

Yes. Most AI algorithms are language-independent.
If yes plz help me to learn this.
Take an AI course on your nearest university. No website will teach you
neuronal networks and B-star depth-searches in five minutes.

Slow ones, to a limited extent, yes.

You're better of learning the basics of artificial intelligence, the
known mechanisms don't change according to specific dialect of
script/code. It's just a matter of implementation of concepts, not an
inherent 'feature' of a language.

What kind of 'artificial intelligence' do you need, and for which purpose?

Any Turing complete language could implement AI in theory. In practice
you probably don't want to be using a scripting language intended for
outputting web pages as an AI research tool.

As for the "Please teach me AI" request, artificial intelligence
research is a massive branch of computing science with many different
possible approaches to follow, from simple behaviour rules as in
computer games to heuristics to expert systems to neural networks. You
can't just "learn AI". You have to study it extensively.

Just remember, if you don't require_once(red_lights.php); then your
script won't turn evil.
