Paypal vs. First Data vs. Nova for payment processing?

I am shopping for a payment processor for a subscription-based (recurring
payment) website. I need it to be easy to implement and automate the
recurring charges.

I've review the details of paypal and First Data. I like First data so far
but have heard some things that might not affect my business model but might
others.

Paypal is easy and free but they "encourage" non-members to become members
and I found it confusing to use when I tested it as a non-member.

I have not researched NOVA yet.

Any thoughts or your experiences with any of these three would be much
appreciated!
