upload - once again :-(

Hi all,
after I moved my website to a Windows 2003 Server I experience problems
with my file upload script. It worked fine before and still works for
smaller files. I changed all required variables in php.ini to the
appropriate values. Nevertheless when I try to submit a larger file. I
get a screen with the IIS error message "file not found".
I read different articles on this topic and changed the variables in
php.ini. Espacially

post_max_size = 50M
upload_max_filesize = 50M
max_execution_time = 7200
max_input_time = 7200
memory_limit = 128M

Some additional info:
Server: Windows 2003 Server Web Edition
Webserver: IIS6
PHP: 4.3.8 (ISAPI)

You can view the phpinfo() page at http://www.open-com.net/phpinfo.php

Any help or suggestion will be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Filip
