Design pattern

Hi,

The following question came up on the PHP mock exams, but I'm unsure
what the correct answer is - any thoughts:

The X pattern is extremely useful for creating objects which watch the
state of other objects and respond to these changes

Many thanks

What mock exams? I'm curious to know what qualifications exist for PHP
other than Zend, or is it that you're talking about?

Normally a question:-

1/. has a question mark in it.
2/. Is lexically distinct from a statement, which the above is.
So, what was the *question*?
Many thanks
