poor documentation

I installed DBG for Windows, but what am I supposed to do after
installing??? I "committed a mistake" to test it, but the error
message did not change from a normal error message to anything else.
After instaling a software, it is common to run a setup file and
follow the instructions, but there are no instructions! Do I have to
restart PHP like Apache or MySQL? What am I doing wrong???

Did you look at their website? Their installation instructions are
quite clear.
