looking for consultant in NYC

We are a non-profit organization and quarterly magazine located in NYC
looking for a web consultant to help us migrate to a new web publishing
solution.

will consider any arrangement but we're eager to have someone consult
onsite if possible

php, css, xhtml and knowledge of publishing systems a plus, also mac OSX a plus
