Feedback - PHP

Hi friends,
I'm very new to php, apache, mysql, etc.
But, i'm having a situation to create feedback framework for Learning Management System.
I don't know what does it meant.
Can anyone help me...???
What is meant by feedback framework? and
How should be generate it?
I don't know Moodle.
Plz... guide me soon.

how do develop something that you don't know what it is? If its a project, you must know what their talking about. if its a class, ask your teacher.

It's vague and it could mean multiple intrepertations: for me, it means a feedback module for a Learning Management system program.

In other words, the people who "learn", give feedback on the system, good bad. etc.

I could be totally off.
