OnChange PHP and Java Script??

When the users select something in another select box, something like, when you select you state, the page view text box and user must input the text box.

Hi,

I think I understand you question. It can't be done using only PHP, you must as you write use JavaScript.
What you can do is use a combination of them to achieve your goal.
