phpMyAdmin Linked Tables Infrastructure

Hi
Possibly a really dumb question, but, how do you set up the 'Linked Table Infrastructure in phpMyadmin. I am trying to link some of the tables I have created in one of my databases and I'm struggling with it.

Think you are asking about "Foreign key constraints" right? to the best of my knowledge there is no wizard or GUI option, to make the relationships. you have to use Query Strings. How about using query-browser

Thanks for your advice, I will give Query Browser a go - I thought I read somewhere that the 'Linked Table Infrastructure' was disabled by default and needed to be changed before you could use it in phpMyadmin but I could be wrong...(I usually am!)
I also thought that I read that once it was set up, it provided drop down menus etc so you could link your tables that way..but I've got no idea really!!
