Hi,
I'm writing mail client in OpenLaszlo and php. Most of it works, but i found myself in problem with encoding. In messages chars like š đ č ć are replaced with š Ä‘ ÄŤ ć.
Can anyone help me?

Hi radmilof. Welcome to The Scripts!

That sounds like a charset problem.
What charset are you using?

Could you post the code that is causing the problem?

Ok, definitly charset problem. I've tried to send mail from thunderbird, and I get the same results; I've read couple of posts, and i knov i shoud use iconv , but i don't know what charsets are mail clients using, or even if they are compatible???

Just figured it out....
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. iconv('utf-8','windows-1250',$body);
  2.
Tnx anyway....
So, how can i delete topic?
