PHP Object BLOB storage in MySQL

I want to store a PHP class/object in a MySQL database, and, of course, later retrieve it for use.

My little test script (PHP & ADOdb) adds the class to the DB, and upon retrieval reports an Object, yet I can't seem to be able to access individual methods etc of the retrieved class.

Any tip or pointers appreciated.

Thanks,

Fat Lizard

Heya, Fat Lizard.

Try running the object through serialize(). Note that serialize() only saves data members; for the methods PHP just uses the class definition.
