parsing of squid log

hi,
i want to know whether we can do parsing of squid log file and transfering that data into sql server using php.
and on linux platform or is there any other language which will be easier

Hi.

It is possible to parse (almost) anything and insert it into MySQL using pretty much any programming language. PHP is no different.

Whether it is easier in any other language, that depends mostly on what you know. If you have experience with any other language, that may very well be easier for you. But PHP is pretty easy to use and offers a number of functions for manipulating strings.
