I work for MP3tunes.com and wanted to tell you about a programming
contest that we are having. There are 10 categories and each one is
worth $1,000 USD (for a total of $10,000 USD).
You can find more information on our web site:
http://mp3tunes.com/cb/contest
If you're a good PHP developer looking to showcase your skills (and
possibly earn some cash) then check it out. All final submissions will
be featured on our site.
OK
1000/50(at minimum, if I keep the low dollar in mind it would be more like
74) = 20 hours.
So it might be a teensy fun project for starters. People asking to 'how to
start my carreer as a PHP developer' may apply, people actually started
will most certainly have way better things to do. Contests seem to be some
new way to get cheap code nowadays.
Allthough I really mean the stuff about it being something good for a
starting developer: if you win, you get free publicity, if you lose, at
least you probably learned something.
