Is it possible to interface with a bluetooth device using php?

Hi,

Is it possible to interface with bluetooth devices like you can with
python using the Python wrapper for BlueZ (pyBlueZ) using PHP?

Ive tried looking around the web but cant find anything about it.

The website 'LinuxQuestions' has a long thread on this subject based
on Chapter 8 of the Apress book 'Beginning Ubuntu Linux".
