PHP Multi level contact form

Hi,

Is there a php script I can use that if you select a certain question it displays a set of other or extra questions.

Or should I rather be looking for something like this in a JavaScript. If you know of any script in any coding format please let me know

Thanks

Hi.

You can of course do this in PHP, but a more practical way would be to use JavaScript (or perhaps AJAX).
It would largely depend on how you plan on to implement this.

If you can better explain what you are trying to do we may be able to give you better answers.

Heya, Webandwe.

If you want the User to submit the form and be taken to another page that has the additional questions, go with PHP.

If you want the additional questions to appear or disappear while the User is filling out the form (i.e., without reloading the page), JavaScript has the solution.

Note that for maximum accessibility, you'll at least want to implement a PHP solution (for browsers with JavaScript turned off), regardless of whether you also add a JavaScript implementation.
