double click make the problem for me...

I have problem with double click....
in my site if i press the delete button everything work fine....
but if i doubleand double click like shooting...
then the other one's in formation is come and show...

I use

<?php echo $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] ?> 

and the other problem about I use

<?php echo $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] ?> 

is while i try to upload photo and i use function

echo "<meta http-equiv=Refresh content=0;url=inbox.php?id=$username>";/

while the page redirect to the original page the other one's photo is come and show......

i got head ach too much can any one give me the direction ?
