First you should purchase a Domain name and then the web space to host the files. There are So many service providers you can get both the things together it self. just google for it. here we are not going to recommend any Hosting service provider or Domain name providers. Its your duty to find the best one. and one more thing there are some free service providers also.

It is of course possible to host it yourself on your computer, but that would require a pretty advanced understanding of the server software and hardware. Not to mention a pretty good internet connection.

Most people, even those who have experience with this, will choose to buy space at one of the hosting services.
