how to get rid of "Popup block message "

Is there any code [for adding my web page] to get rid of such Popup block message ,,,,,,,,,,, that are shown at the time of openning a web site.
would u plz help me to have such code ... ?

The whole goal of pop-up blockers is so that you, the website developer, have no control over it.
