PHMailer & Hotmail account

Hi, currently i'm using PHPMailer. I can send emails to Yahoo account, but when i try to send an email to Hotmail account. The account never received it.
Do i need to do some setup in order to get this done, i.e i can send email to Hotmail account?
Can someone guide me, pls?

You can send email to any email address using PHPMailer. Make sure the email is correct, hotmail account is active and have enough space to receive the email.

Hotmail's spam blocker and junk mail features are very strict, so you'll want to avoid being seen as spam. If you look at the documentation at the Swiftmailer website (a better alternative to PHPMailer) in their docs, they have tips to minimize being seen as spam.
