Select distinct from array

Suppose I have the folowing:

$cst['created'] = 'date';
$cst['cc'] = 'text';
$cst['paid'] = '##.##';
$cst['registered'] = 'date';

Are there any neat ways to to get a simple array containing the
elements
'date','text','##.##'
