Recommendations for a business class PHP/MySQL host?

My current webhost (Jumpline) recently upgraded their system, and now
my MySQL database seems to randomly drop tables every week or two.
I've relocated the db to a temporary server, and the problem stopped,
and now I'm looking for a new host.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a "business class" PHP/MySQL
webhost? I tried a trial package on Westhost, but the db was way too
slow. I don't have very many users (about 60, with no more than 10 at
one time), and the total size isn't that big (less than 50mb).

My budget is anywhere from $20-40/month.

Thanks.
