Gubed Debugger Client will not Connect to Server

When I run the Gubed test script I get the error msg: "Unable to
connect to debug server on localhost:8016." I'm guessing that the
server end is opening a socket in PHP. Is it possible that Windows
disallows this (a script to open a socket)? Any help would be
appreciated.

Never heard of Gubed, but try disabling Windows firewall first.

Yes, Gosha, I tried that but the problem persists. By the way, Gubed
is a PHP debugger.
