Hello Group

Hi everyone. My name is Shangbaby!. I am new to php programming .. I
understand PHP until you start talking functions and arrays. It is
hard to keep it all straight. I have a designer's brain trying to
execute a non-designer language.

I am hoping by posting this friendly hello, that I may find some
programmers who will become cool online advisors, mentors, etc. If
you want to see my design portfolio; feel free to surf to http://www.shangbaby.net.
Let me know what you think and how I could boost my designs with PHP.

Actually, I would say you have a non-designer's brain trying to fit into
a designer's language.

Functions, arrays, etc. are all very basic to PHP and most other
languages. You can't blame a lack of undersanding on them.

Rather, I suspect you're more of an artistic sort, with no experience in
real progamming.

Actually, having looked at your designs, I hate to sound harsh but I'd
forget PHP for now and concentrate on HTML and CSS.

And BTW - I don't mean that negatively. I wish I had some artistic
talent. But different people have different skills and abilities.
