First You Had To Make Any Mail Server(sendmail, qmail Etc) Then U Can Just Download The Tar File Of Webmail From Site Now Just By Untar Ing U Will Find Config File By Executing This File And Giving The Details Of Ur Mail Server Ur Webmail Will Start Working.

U CAN TRY THIS LINK FOR WEBMAIL DOWNLOAD

Sendmail ,Postfix mail servers are inbuilt with linux OS
However if u want to configure Qmail it can be downloaded freely from rpmfind.net
Now if u want to configure sendmail server u had to just edit(change localhost to ur servername or ip of server) it's configration file (sendmail.mc)copy it to sendmail.cf and then just restart ur mail server
For detail u can read it's configration file line by line.
If u want more details i can give u more notes after few days
