how convert milisecond back to date format

Can anybody tell me how to convert milisecond back to date format, the date is converted to milisecond by using mktime function.

if your code is like this:
[PHP]
$mil = mktime();
[/PHP]

this will do the trick:
[PHP]
$mil = mktime();
print date("Y-m-d", $mil);
[/PHP]
