what is going on(not)?

As this is one of the newsgroups I subscribe to that seems to be updated
normally, I post the question here.
All newsgroups starting with: microsoft.public.windowsxp. seems to be
stalled!
At least I cannot post, and I cannot see others posts either.
Summerbreak or what?

I guess someone needs to reboot the servers to get them working.
