Help needed for Captcha Script

Hello Friends

I have a form and the form values after submission are taken into the Auto responder application. Now because of spamming i am integrating captcha script in it. but the problem is that when i fill the form fields and click submit then the form will process the captcha script and after captcha varification how do i take the form values to my Auto Responder application.

Please let me know.
